Studio Policy and Guidelines

For the comfort and safety of all clients:

• Only the client receiving treatment may enter the studio- NO EXCEPTIONS ​

• No food, guests, children, or pets
• If you have a medical alert service dog, please notify us in advance
• Emotional support animals and pets are not permitted

​• You must be 18 years or older
• Services are not available to pregnant clients
• Clients must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Service may be refused if you show visible signs of illness

Consultations take place on the same day, right before your tattoo.
If you are unsure or have special circumstances such as prior permanent makeup, large scars, or certain medical conditions, please send a clear photo of the area to 727-551-1076 so we can determine if a consultation is needed beforehand.

Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy​​​

Booking Fees
• Booking fees are non-refundable. Please confirm your availability before booking

​

Rescheduling
• You may reschedule once with at least 5 days’ notice. Use the reschedule link in your booking confirmation email
• Appointments moved with less than 5 days’ notice will forfeit the booking fee
• We do not hold booking fees for future unscheduled appointments. A new booking must be made at the time of rescheduling.

Cancellations and No Shows
• No shows, late or same day cancellations are charged the full amount due for the appointment-No exceptions

​

Arrival and Late Policy

• The studio opens 15 minutes before your appointment
• There is a 10-minute grace period
• Arrivals past 10 minutes will result in cancellation and the cancellation policy will apply

Multiple Sessions and Results

Cosmetic tattooing typically requires multiple sessions. Most clients need 2 to 3 treatments, depending on factors like starting point, skin type, age, lifestyle, and pre or post-care compliance.

​

We recommend planning on two sessions within 4 months for the best results.
Pricing is per session. We do not inflate upfront costs or force timelines.

​

Previous Permanent Makeup

If you have previous work from another artist, you must receive approval before booking.

• Appointments booked without approval will be canceled 
• A correction fee of $200 applies for clients needing corrective work

Pre Care and Post Care

Pre care and post care instructions are mandatory. Failure to follow pre care may result in cancellation.

Changes by Studio

• Sculpted Studios may adjust your appointment date or time if needed
• Any changes will be communicated by email
• Appointment pricing is subject to change
• A booked appointment is required to lock in current pricing
